THE NORTH SHORE

West Vancouver - Coves and Parks

Caulfeild Cove - Pilot Cove - Sandy Cove
St. Francis-In-The-Wood

British Columbia - Canada

East of Lighthouse Park are a series of little known parks and coves. Adjacent to Lighthouse Park is Caulfeild Park which includes Caulfeild Cove and Pilot Cove and east of that is Sandy Cove and Sandy Cove Park. There are several accesses from Marine Drive between Sharon Drive and Picadilly Street South. The main attractions are the opportunity to find a spot to relax on a rocky outcropping or a clear stretch of beach and enjoy the water views away from urban influences for awhile.

Tucked in amongst these parks, coves and private residences is a Lower Mainland landmark. St. Francis-In-The-Wood an Anglican Church provides many memories to those whose family were married at this popular venue. Its location uses the west coast vegetation to superb visual advantage.
